Group Booking Requirements

As well as our normal booking Terms - please see additions below for Group Bookings.

Minimum Numbers (Group Bookings Only)

Group prices are based upon numbers of at least 20 and a free place will only be given on groups of 20 or more.

Prices in our brochure and website are based upon pick-ups from specific areas. If you wish to book a group onto a current tour and are outwith the pick-up areas, we may have to amend the price accordingly.

After you have made a booking, should your group fall below 20 or below the number originally contracted, we will contact you to discuss your options. In some circumstances we may find it necessary to cancel your booking or offer an alternative break if your numbers are low.

Rooming Lists

A list of the names of each member of your group should be submitted to us no later than 28 days prior to departure in order that we can secure the required rooms at your chosen hotel. 

Contact Details

In case of emergency and for safety reasons, we ask that you provide us with full contact details for each member of your group travelling, including addresses. We also ask, where possible, that you provide us with next of kin details for each passenger.
