Women’s mean hourly rate is 6.8% HIGHER than men’s.
In other words when comparing mean hourly rates, women earn £1.07 for every £1.00 that men earn.
Women’s median hourly rate is 0% LOWER than men’s.
In other words when comparing median hourly rates, women earn the same as men.
Mean Bonus Pay
Women’s mean bonus pay is 36.8% LOWER than men’s.
Median Bonus Pay
Women’s Median bonus pay is 16.7% LOWER than men’s.
