Strathmore Hotels is a company with more than 250 employees we are required by law to publish Gender Pay Gap Figures. The below figures show an overview in the difference between male and female average hourly pay, average bonus pay and females in each pay quartile.

The gender pay gap calculations have been completed on the snapshot date of 5th April 2017 for all Strathmore Hotels properties which include:

Women’s mean hourly rate is 6.8% HIGHER than men’s.

In other words when comparing mean hourly rates, women earn £1.07 for every £1.00 that men earn.

Women’s median hourly rate is 0% LOWER than men’s.

In other words when comparing median hourly rates, women earn the same as men.
